On the grounds of what used to be Coast, Society is as much a lounge as a restaurant, offering everything from their twisted comfort food (Baked Mac & Cheese with Winter Truffles) to spiked Oreo milkshakes and an inventive array of cocktails to chose from. Opulent, darkly lit, with an excellent, buzzy vibe and a penchant for pink and cotton candy, it certainly lives up to its namesake with an attractive cross-section of locals (well, this is Yaletown) and well-dressed visitors alike.
