Hot on everyone's lips since last summer, Chinatown's forthcoming Keefer looks set to be Vancouver's hippest boutique hotel experience. The design features of the hotel alone are worth a visit (the penthouse is simply to die for). But the bar, with its vintage Chinese signage, photographic lightboxes and dark, cinematic aesthetic already has our mouth watering. Lucky then that the fantastic Danielle Tatarin is heading up the cocktail bar with her signature classics and all those tantalizing local flavours to help quench our thirst.
